This year's conference will be hosted by the New York State Education Department and Syracuse University on March 30, 2012 to April 1, 2012 at the Albany Marriott ~ Albany, New York.

Your cooperation in facilitating the planning and implementation of this year’s conference will be greatly appreciated. The deadlines for this year’s conference will be strictly adhered to, and it is important that you review and make note of these important dates.
